Recap: Fiesta Night Unites 400+ Guests in Celebration

Centro La Familia Advocacy Services wants to thank everyone who worked together to make our annual fundraiser, Fiesta Night, a success! This year, Fiesta Night: Fiesta Around the World celebrated CLFA’s 51st year of providing services since its founding in 1972. We were honored to celebrate this accomplishment with over 400 attendees at Signature Flight Support at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport on Friday, September 29.

We were grateful to have ABC30 reporter Nic Garcia join us as our emcee for the evening, which featured a multicultural theme, silent and live auctions, and live music. Local cover artists, The Monsanto Band, performed for us throughout the night, and we also had cultural dances performed by both Paj Tawg Hmo Ntuj and Grupo Folklórico Tangu Yuu. Delicious dinners of beef barbacoa, Peruvian chicken, or stuffed bell peppers were served by our friends at Café EOC Catering.

Mr. Jerry Dyer, Mayor of City of Fresno – In recognition of his leadership through the pandemic and the support that enabled us to assist hundreds of families with housing and food, as well as his work in the One Fresno initiative, Beautify Fresno, the Fresno Yosemite International Airport expansion, and more.
